IceCube discovered a diffuse flux of high-energy neutrinos in 2013, and in 2016 launched a program of public realtime neutrino alerts to aid in identification of transient and variable neutrino sources. In 2017, this program led to the identification of flaring gamma-ray blazar TXS 0506+056 as a likely neutrino source. In this talk, I will introduce the systematic search for optical counterparts to high-energy neutrinos using the Zwicky Transient Facility. This program led to the identification of the second probable neutrino source, the Tidal Disruption Event (TDE) AT2019dsg. I will present results from our program thus far.
